Renegade Speedsters are an authorized supplier of Transporterhaus dropped spindles to lower the front of your bus by 3.5 inches. The advantage to using dropped spindles in favor of beam adjusters is that the suspension retains the original geometry, working as Volkswagen intended for a superior quality ride. This is achieved by re-machining the stub axle to enable the up-rated balljoints to be mounted from below the arm. This is done using precision tooling and a circlip retaining ring is also machined into the casting to ensure that the highest levels of construction and safety are achieved. In testing the Transporterhaus subjected these balljoints to 15 tons of force without mechanical failure. Renegade Speedsters can fit these as part of our lowering kit with dropped spindles and coil over front dampers and matching 3.5 inch Boomerang plates or as a front only package.
